FlexJet Europe
Following 2016 acquisition, supported CEO through extensive business transformation, key
retention, recruitment, and leading, mentoring and turning around the commercial and
regulatory functions of the business. Accountability for (but not limited to) Finance, HR
(both managing and developing teams/individuals), Commercial, Operations and , IT. The
role also required International travel and cultural understanding due to sister company in
Italy and the wider group being based in the United States.
Professional Experience
- Increased revenue from £3m 2016, £6m 2017, to £9m 2019.
- Formed and mentored new management team and structure.
- Created greater efficiency across the organisation in order to focus employees time and
- attention on revenue, and regulatory pieces.
- Improved relationship with regulator (UK CAA)
- Driver of cultural alignment for employees, with Italian, and US colleagues
- Removed poor commercial contracts from the business, and managed the introduction
- of new aircraft into the organisation
